VERY IMPORTANT: Option 1 is called “unbundled legal services” – We help you with parts of your case, but we do not represent you in the whole case. You represent yourself. This is NOT a full service option.
Option 1: Unbundled service for $500- We help you do it yourself

STEP 1
Send us all the documents (lawsuit/exhibits/paperwork) We review them, we prepare an answer for you that you sign and file with the court. You avoid default and get back in control.
STEP 3
We give you the law that applies, settlement strategies, settlement language to use if you decide to settle the case AND you get a 15 minute power phone training where we explain the process to get you ready.
STEP 2
We prepare a notice to produce to get access to their documents they should have to prove their case and that will help you to defend or negotiate your case.
STEP 4
You go to court and represent yourself knowing that you have been prepared by a lawyer with experience in these matters.
Option 2: We represent you. Fee is minimum of $1,500.00 up to 10% of claim.
